Return conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, free of hair, odor, stains and damage, and returned with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. Contact us before returning anything; we will provide the correct destination after approval.
Size or change-of-mind returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated customs charges. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. When confirmed, FrostPet will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the payment provider or bank to post the refund.
